MissMerricka was amazing with helping us during our apartment search. I went to her from a friend referral after I had already located another apartment but was not too happy about my results. She quickly responded to my emails and phone calls and set up appointments to go view properties that week. Anytime I had any issues with a floor plan or questions, she was very communicative to the property’s team explaining my concerns. I will definitely continue to use her as my locator once my current lease is up. She is definitely one of the best locators I’ve had experience with!

Since we were moving from the other side of the country, when complexes weren’t responding to our emails she would go there herself to get us answers. Even after already having signed our lease, When there was an issue with our original apartment, she went out of her way to make sure we knew what was going in and helped us get another one in the same complex. Audra Jones is amazing and works so hard to find the right home for you! I am in a state halfway across the country and found out last minute I would be moving to Texas for school. She has been available to me at all odd hours that I happen to think of something to ask. She knows all about the area as well as what apartments require upon move in. We found the perfect apartment for me within a few weeks AND navigated getting approval while waiting for student loans to become approved. This was such an overwhelming task and she made it the simplest one out of my move. Cannot recommend her enough!

After looking for what seemed like forever and wasting money on application fees, my sister in law found Mary Vanlandingham (we have dubbed her Saint Mary 😂) just by doing a google search. We had about a 10 minute conversation where I explained my situation and what I was working with. She told me she was going to get to work on finding me something and would give me a call back. At this point I felt defeated and did not expect to hear from her any time soon. Not even 20 minutes later she called to inform me she found exactly what I needed, in my price range and in the area I asked for. She was in contact with the apartment manager and was able to confirm I would for sure be approved. I was able to move in to my apartment the very next day! After a messy separation, she was my saving grace. Another thing that impressed me was that this wasn’t just a business transaction for her. She showed she genuinely cared. Up until today she texted me checking in on me. Highly recommend her!!
