Carlos Cantu was such an incredible find when my family and I moved to Austin. I was already shocked that this service was completely free, so if I’m being honest I wasn’t expecting huge things. What I got was a sauve, charismatic man, who acted as a personal chauffeur for the day (and was also patient with me as I had a car seat for my 3 year old daughter), and he quiet literally drove me around the city, getting to know me and educating me on places and areas that would suit our family. He helped locate us in East Austin, and we are moved in now and so incredibly grateful for his help. I would have been lost without him! Thank you Carlos, you angel!

We highly recommend Cody with Perch. He was able to find us a first level unit with a fenced yard with at least 15 feet in depth for our propane grill. Not only did he help us find exactly what we were looking for we got a really good deal. We received $75.00 off a month on our rent and we also got free rent for Nov and Dec. we are now in a newer apartment which is slightly larger and we are paying less. We highly recommend Cody.
